Individual therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and myself. Individual therapy provides a way for you to clarify your concerns and develop new strategies so you can begin to feel better. My intention is to provide a safe place where you can heal from a trauma, improve relationships, over overcome life's challenges and grow as a person. I will use your strengths and talents to help you gain the most of our therapeutic relationship. I will work with you to identify your goals to help create a positive outcome.
